The Election Commission, in its response to a petition submitted by Telugu Desam Party has asked State Election Commission to issue a stern warning to YSR Congress chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy for his comments on chief minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu during the election campaign for Nandyal by poll.
The EC termed Jagan’s comments a gross violation of the Election Code of Conduct.
On August 3, Jaganmohan Reddy has called upon voters to shoot the Chief Minister right in the middle of the road for not fulfilling poll promises.
