The officials say that 800 people have registered for a purchase while there is an increase in inquiries for the flats.<br /><br />‘Increasing demand’<br /><br />One of the officials said that the demand was increasing for Kommaghatta phase 1 and 2, Doddabanahalli phase 1 and 2, Alur Phase 1 and 2, Kanminike Phase 2, 3 and 4, Malagala Phase 4 and 5.<br /><br />The BDA offered a total of 2,705 flats for sale.</div>
