BDA sells 400 flats

The Bangalore Development Authority has sold 400 flats through direct sales.

According to the BDA officials, the demand is maximum for three bedroom-hall-kitchen (BHK) flats. The officials say that 800 people have registered for a purchase while there is an increase in inquiries for the flats.

‘Increasing demand’

One of the officials said that the demand was increasing for Kommaghatta phase 1 and 2, Doddabanahalli phase 1 and 2, Alur Phase 1 and 2, Kanminike Phase 2, 3 and 4, Malagala Phase 4 and 5.

The BDA offered a total of 2,705 flats for sale.
