The media is represented by N Ravi (Editor, Hindu), K N Tilak Kumar (Editor, Deccan Herald), Shekhar Gupta (Editor-in-Chief, Indian Express), M K Razdan (Editor-in-Chief, PTI), Shashi Shekhar (Editor-in-Chief, Hindustan), Mammen Mathew (Editor, Malayalam Manorama) and Shobhana Bhartia (Chairperson, Hindustan Times).
Arun Kumar Bhandari (General Manager and Chief Editor, United News of India), Shravan Garg (Group Editor, Dainik Bhaskar), T N Ninan (Editor, Business Standard Ltd.) and V Raja (Chief Editor, Sun TV Network Ltd.) are among the total 20 media persons in the NIC.
