When the case came up for hearing, Justice Arali Nagaraj heard the submissions made by the petitioner's counsel and also the government pleader and adjourned the case for further hearing to April 21.
"Nityananda is still eluding the police," CID Wing Superintendent of Police K N Yogappa told PTI.
"Meanwhile the process to analyse the documents and articles such as computer hardware and personal computers seized during the raid is also on," he said.
