Union Minister of State for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship Ananthkumar Hegde stated that those who blame Rashtriya Swayamsevaka Sangha (RSS) and its affiliated organisations as communal should visit 'Seva Sangam' programme to understand the service activities being run by these organisations.
During his visit to the Rashtriya Seva Bharati's 'Seva Sangam Karnataka-2017' being held here at Gokul Garden, on Saturday, he said, "we invite 'Edabidangis' to see what RSS and other organisations are doing for the welfare of common people," he said.
Only one-sided view about the RSS and other organisations is available in mass media. 'Seva Sangam' is showcasing what service activities being done by hundreds of organisations associated with the RSS are doing. People should try to understand them, he added.
