Will present Cong manifesto to KPCC chief, CM by Jan 15: Moily

KPCC election manifesto committee president M Veerappa Moily said that the Congress state election manifesto would be presented to KPCC State President Dr G Parameshwara and Chief Minister Siddaramaiah by January 15, 2018.  

He was speaking to reporters before attending the state Congress leaders meeting here on Sunday.
