The difference between 'flirting' and 'sexual harassment', as told by an actress

2017 has not been a good year as far as respecting the boundaries between members of the opposite sex is concerned. Many people, normally believed to be upstanding citizens, have been brought low by accusations of sexual assault, some by members of their own sex.

The situation became so dire this year, that an entire movement was born from it: #MeToo. Surely, one will never forget the Harvey Weinstein episode that opened this particular can of worms, but as the saying goes: "if thou gaze long into an abyss, the abyss will also gaze into thee", and this abyss stares back at us.

However, all is not over for those who simply seek to have good, clean and well-mannered fun. Many people still respect others, the boundaries they have set and how they welcome advances, emotional or physical. To that end, Kate Willett, an actress, put up a small post detailing the difference between flirting and sexual harassment, and the point where it goes too far.
