One held for brandishing sword in public

The Old Hubballi police have arrested one person for carrying a sword and moving around in a public place, at night.  

The incident that occurred on Sunday night  created anxiety among residents who alerted the police.  

It occurred in Anand Nagar  when Javed, a youth  was noticed sauntering about sword in hand    

Another youth Rabbani who was with Javed, fled the scene police said. The hunt for Rabbani is on.  

Investigations to ascertain the reason why the two youth were brandishing swords, are on.
