<p>Dakshina Kannada district Wakf Advisory Board will conduct an orientation programme for the masjid committee members, khatibs and students at Mohiyuddin Jumma Masjid in Mittabail, Bantwal, on February 24 at 2 pm.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Addressing reporters here on Thursday, District Wakf Advisory Committee Chairman U K Monu Kanachuru said that the programme will be inaugurated with a dua to be performed by Abdul Jabbar Mittabail. District in-charge minister B Ramanath Rai will preside, Food and Civil Supplies Minister U T Khader will take part.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Information will be provided about the various facilities provided by the Wakf Board such as cremation assistance, medical aid, student scholarships, loans and so on.</p>.<p class="bodytext">District Wakf Officer Aboobakar, Wakf Advisory committee members Nooruddin Salmar and Umar Fajeer were present in the press meet.</p>
