Seminar on HRD tomorrow

Mangalore Urban Development Authority (MUDA) Chairman Madhav Bhandari will inaugurate the seminar and G R Education Trust Founder Chairman Ganesh Rao S will preside over the function.

According to a release, Dr Bino Paul of Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, and Dr Madhukar Narayan Kulkarni, Chief of HRD of HMT, Bangalore, will present papers on “Organisational development” and “Developing and sustaining culture in the organisation” respectively.

The seminar will focus on HRD, increasing openness to people, commitment to self direction and self control. Students, lecturers, professors of MBA and MSW and top level executives from industries all over India are expected to take part in the seminar.
