Visually challenged to contest Gram Panchayat polls in Siddapur

The Gram Panchayat has 1,083 voters and Razak has identified the people with their voice. He has completed PUC and computer diploma. He has also completed physiotherapy special course from SAI college in Hyderabad.

Razak is the president of Cauvery Association of Handicapped. He has received special training frim Chesire Home, Palibetta, Janapada loka in Bangalore, Rotary Club of Calicut, Cauvery College and Adichunchanagiri Mutt.  He assured to constitute a 10 member committee and work for the betterment of the village.
