Pravesh Rana all set to enter Bollywood

"I have a project in my hand now. It is a thriller movie and I will start shooting for it from September," Pravesh told PTI here, without divulging details about the film.
Post 'Big Boss', Pravesh was flooded with loads of film offers, but did not accept them as he was not happy with the scripts.

"I got many offers but since I was not convinced with the scripts I disapproved of them. I want my first film to have a great impact on audience. So I took my own time," he said.
The former Mr India also said, "I have a soft corner for thrillers and comedies and I want to tread cautiously".

Pravesh had participated in Bigg Boss in 2009 as a wild card entry in the reality TV series. He feels that though reality shows have been lucky for him, he would not act on the small screen.

"Reality shows brought recognition and fame and seems to be lucky for me. Today lots of people know me and I feel fortunate that I got the opportunity," said the 24-year-old model-turn-actor.

"Though the reach of TV is more than films and whatever I am today is because of TV, but you will not see me acting on small screen because I feel producers compromise on the quality of soaps," he added.

Pravesh is currently hosting 'Chak Dhoom Dhoom', a dance reality show for children on Colors. He claims he will be like an elder brother to the little dancing stars.
"I will make them tension free. I will tell them to chill and have fun and not be conscious and worry about winning or losing," he said.

He has also expressed concern over children coming in limelight at an early age, saying, "It is the responsibility of parents to protect the childhood of their children, and they must be cautious and not force kids into the money making business."
