 Neenaanaadre Naaneena by Sanket will be staged on May 13, 7.30 pm at Ranga Shankara. Neenaanaadre Naaneena is the Kannada version of William Shakespeare’s Comedy of Errors. The play is set in Bangalore. It is written and directed by Surendranath, with Sihikahi Chandru in the lead. He is supported by Pa Pa Pandu Jahangir, Srinath Vasishta and Kalpana Naganath. ‘Blackened Petals’

AAKT, an independent theatre troupe based in Bangalore, will present the English play Blackened Petals at K H Kalasoudha, Hanumanthanagar on May 16, 7.30 pm. The duration of the play is 75 minutes. The playwright and director is Pradeep Sastry.

Surabhi will present three shows of their super-hit play Maya Bazaar, along with two other plays, Sri Krishna Leelalu and Bala Naagamma, at Ranga Shankara. The plays are in Telugu. On May 21, 7.30 pm Balanagamma will be staged. Sri Krishna Leelalu will be presented on May 22 (3.30 pm and 7.30 pm) while Maya Bazaar will be staged on May 23 (11 am, 3.30 pm and 7.30 pm).
