AC compressor explodes in Mumbai suburban train

As the Churchgate-bound train reached near Matunga in central Mumbai, a sudden explosion was heard, triggering panic at the station, they said, adding terrified passengers jumped on to the platform and started running the moment the train halted at the station.
During investigation, it was found that an AC compressor had exploded in the train. The passenger carrying the compressor disappeared in the crowd, they said.
