<p>The announcement of Central Board Secondary Education (CBSE) Class XII and Indian School Certificate (ISC) 12th standard results on May 19, will speed up the process of the compilation of marks list for the announcement of results. The KEA, at present has compiled the rank lists with the II PUC marks list. <br /><br />KEA Executive Director, S Shankarnarayan, said that the ISC and CBSE schools have been asked to send the marks list to KEA. <br /><br />“Verification of the marks lists sent by the colleges or schools will be conducted. In about two to three days, the marks lists will be compiled for the announcement of CET results. Approximately 4,500 CBSE Class XII and 500 ISC 12th Std student markslists are awaited by the KEA”, he said.<br /><br />On website, also via SMS<br /><br />The CET 2010 results will be announced on the website and also via SMS, Shankarnarayan said. The CET counselling sessions are scheduled to begin on June 6. This year, the counselling sessions will be conducted in six centres which are Bangalore, Hubli, Belgaum, Shimoga, Davangere and Mangalore. <br /><br />“The technical, logistic and infrastructure development of the new centres is on the verge of completion” Shankaranarayan said, adding that, “the trial runs for these new counselling centres will begin next week and the centres would ready as per the schedule”. <br /><br />On contract basis<br /><br />Staff have been appointed on the basis of contract to manage the counselling sessions, while PU lecturers will be roped during the commencement of the admission round of the CET counselling session. <br /><br /></p>
