<p>B C Raghu (26), a navy man employed in Kochi and resident of Koramangala, had come to Bangalore on June 15 to attend his younger sister’s wedding. When Raghu and his uncle were coming from the MEG military canteen on a bike on Thursday, the speeding truck which jumped the signal, came on the wrong side and rammed the bike as the driver lost control over the truck. Raghu was killed on the spot and truck driver T Nagesh (55) was arrested, the police said. <br /><br />Raghu’s father, Chandrashekhar, a constable attached to Karnataka State Reserve Police told Deccan Herald, that the marriage has been postponed.<br /><br />Raghu completed his high school in Cambridge Public School and PUC in Bhagwan Mahaveer Jain College in Bangalore. Raghu’s was an All India level merit selection for the navy. <br /><br />He underwent one-and-a half-year training in Odisha and worked in Mumbai and travelled to Sri Lanka, Maldives, Malaysia and Singapore before being posted at Kochi.<br /><br />Raghu’s body was cremated at Wilson Garden on Thursday.<br /></p>
