HP Networking, which brings HP’s ProCurve, H3C, and recently acquired 3Com under one unit, intends to strengthen its data centre and network solution portfolio. “3Com’s acquisition raised our data centre credentials and with the launch of these products we will tap the booming enterprise networking market,” said HP India HP Networking Country Mangaer Subhodeep Bhattacharya. The new product includes new fibre channel over Ethernet (FCoE) module for its A5820 data centre. It also announced the launch of series of HP Tipping Point virtualisation Frame work, N-Platform intrusion S-series solutions which help enterprises to strengthen security across their environments.
