JOIN USAccording to the police, the accident occurred at Anepalya junction on Thursday at around 11.30 am. “On his way home on a two-wheeler, Rao was waiting for the signal at Anepalya junction, when a car (AP 15 AB 999) rammed into his vehicle from behind. Since then he was under treatment with severe head and internal injuries. He died on Saturday at around 7 am,” police said. Police are on the lookout for K Sarvanan (32), the owner of the car and a resident of Mahadevpura.
Woman ends life
A mother of two children, Vinutha (20), ended her life by hanging at her Chikkammanahalli residence on Friday night due to alleged dowry harassment. Her husband Rajkumar is a tailor by profession.
On a complaint by Vinutha’s sister Bharathi, Police have arrested Rajkumar.
