<p>Jija Hari Singh had filed a complaint against Jain at the SJ Park police station in Bangalore. <br />Jain, during his tenure as Chairman and Managing Director (CMD), Mysore Minerals Limited (MML) had deposed before the Lokayukta and the Justice U L Bhat Commission in connection with alleged irregularities committed by Jija Hari Singh when the latter was CMD of Mysore Minerals Limited between April 2004 to June 2006. <br /><br />He had alleged that she was involved in irregularities amounting to Rs 354 crore. <br />Earlier this year, a single judge had dismissed the petition of Jain refusing to quash the FIR against him in connection with illegal mining. <br /></p>
