The kit, termed as Police Connect, enables them to fight in situations like smoke, smog, inadequate infrastructure, bad terrain, etc.
They can also smoothly tackle negligent driving, irritating traffic violators and in several other cases.
The kit contains weather-proof jacket, an umbrella and a torch. The all-weather customised jackets with rechargeable torch and umbrella is intended to assist and aid in better traffic management.
The kits will be distributed at a function on Wednesday.
