JOIN USGodrej Properties Ltd., the real estate arm of the trusted Godrej Group is planning to enter Mangalore with a high end residential project called Godrej Avalon. As per company officials, the project is located at Yeyyadi (Bondel Road) and will consist of 3 and 4 BHK luxury apartments with views of the surrounding valleys and the sea. The towers will be 23 stories with amenities such as a well equipped clubhouse and landscaped gardens.
According to a press release, this project will be the third project of Godrej Properties in Karnataka after highly successful Godrej Woodsman Estate and Godrej Cypress at Bangalore. According to the Godrej official, ‘Godrej Avalon’ has been designed keeping in mind the needs and lifestyle of the strong NRI population of Mangalore.
Various systems such as garbage chutes, electric car charging points, multiple car parks, fire prevention mechanisms etc are built into the design of this project, he added.
