'Karnataka most corrupt state in nation'

Addressing the reporters after taking part in the Road Show for Kadur bypolls candidate of the party, on Sunday, he said that BJP has only shown its failure to give efficient administration right from the day it came to power.

“BJP Government has been wasting its time holding party meets and conventions instead of solving the ration card, electricity and various other problems. Failure of the Government will be made known to each and every voter in the constituency,” he said and added that only Congress has the power to unite the society.

Later taking part in a public meet at Birur, he said that voters must teach an apt lesson to the BJP Government during the bypolls mainly because it has been following anti-people policy.  “BJP has not done anything for the farmers and the poor. It has been facing elections playing emotional cards. It has failed to respond to the aspirations and demands of the people completely,” he said pointing that even after two years BJP has failed to solve ration card problems.

Congress leaders walked on almost all main roads of Birur asking the voters to vote for Congress. Congress leaders K B Mallikarjuna, M L Murthy and Sachin Meega took part in the road show and the padayathra.
