The MLAs include Firoze Nooruddin Sait, (Belgaum North), Ashok M Pattan (Ramdurg) Rahim Khan (Bidar), Syed Yasin (Raichur), Nemiraj Nayak (Hagaribommanahalli) and Varthur Prakash (Kolar).
The MLCs who failed to declare their assets before Lokayukta are Allamprabhu Patil, Ashwathnarayan, Narayan Sa Bandge and Dr M R Hulinaykar.
As per the Lokayukta Act, the members were supposed to declare their assets before June 30, 2010 for the year 2009- 10. The deadline was also extended to August 30, 2010.
