<p>The MLAs include Firoze Nooruddin Sait, (Belgaum North), Ashok M Pattan (Ramdurg) Rahim Khan (Bidar), Syed Yasin (Raichur), Nemiraj Nayak (Hagaribommanahalli) and Varthur Prakash (Kolar).<br /><br />The MLCs who failed to declare their assets before Lokayukta are Allamprabhu Patil, Ashwathnarayan, Narayan Sa Bandge and Dr M R Hulinaykar.<br /><br />As per the Lokayukta Act, the members were supposed to declare their assets before June 30, 2010 for the year 2009- 10. The deadline was also extended to August 30, 2010.</p>
