Ex-UK PM Brown to serve as Harvard fellow

The institute announced today that Brown would serve his fellowship the week of September 20.

Fellows traditionally meet with students, lead discussion groups on current issues and their experiences in public service, and participate in public policy classes with students and faculty.

Brown, prime minister from 2007 until May, is also scheduled to deliver the Malcolm Wiener Lecture in International Political Economy on September 23.

The Institute of Politics, located at the John F Kennedy School of Government, was established to encourage student interest in public life and to increase interaction between the academic and political communities.
