Soon, the residents would see many developmental activities taking place, he assured.
At the “Meet the Corporator” programme at Doddanekkundi, the Minister said works were underway using the  Export Promotion Industrial Park (EPIP) grants.

An e-library at Toobarahalli, a 100-bed hospital in front of Siddapura school,  an indoor stadium at Doddakammahalli and a crematorium in the Doddanekkundi ward are included in the plan.

Keeping in view the plight faced by poor people, he said he would start a Mahadevpura Utsav, a mega fair from November 26 to 28, which will include arogya mela for the poor and job mela for local employed youth.

“Major corporate hospitals would conduct free health check-up and surgical operations in the health mela and we are trying to see that 1,000 youths are employed in the companies in this area. There will also be Khatha Mela for apartment residents,” Limbavali said.

The minister has also started upgrading 126 government schools in the area in a phased manner.
