Petrol prices in India are on a constant rise lately. In some states, the price of petrol has already crossed Rs 100, while in many others, it is teetering on the edge of the century-mark. While political parties and citizens have been protesting against the price hikes, here's a look at a few countries where petrol prices are below Rs 30.
