Plaint filed with cops to trace Singh

Ballari Rural Congress Committee president B V Shivayogi has lodged a police complaint to trace the “missing” Vijayanagara MLA, Anand Singh.

“After his victory in the elections, Anand Singh could not be contacted by the state and district level leaders of the Congress. The BJP is short of majority and the party might have abducted him. Trace him out in the interest of the development of the constituency and the welfare of the party,” the complaint says.
