<p>New Delhi: Three persons on Thursday filed nominations for the <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/tags/vice-president">Vice Presidential</a> election on the first day of submitting papers, but all were rejected owing to deficiencies in the documents. </p><p>Tamil Nadu resident K Padmarajan, Delhi-based Jeevan Kumar Mittal and Naidugar Rajasekhar from Andhra Pradesh submitted their nominations, the Office of the Returning Officer said.
