With Karnataka assembly elections just round the corner, two prominent leaders, KPCC chief DK Shivakumar and JD(S) supremo HD Kumaraswamy filed their nomination papers on April 17.
DK Shivakumar will be contesting from Kanakapura while HD Kumaraswamy will contest from Channapatna.
