Was inspired by Tiger Shroff's humility, says singer Raveena Mehta

Raveena Mehta collaborated with Tiger Shroff for the acoustic version of 'Casanova'

Singer Raveena Mehta, who collaborated with Bollywood star Tiger Shroff for the acoustic version of the popular single Casanova, says that she was 'inspired by' his humility and work ethic.

"I had a wonderful time working with Tiger and was inspired by his work ethic, passion and humility. I could not have asked for a better experience," she tells DH.

The Avitesh Shrivastava-penned Casanova, which was released online last month, created a fair deal of buzz among fans with its effective presentation. The song piqued the curiosity of fans as It was Tiger's second single as a singer after Unbelievable. The makers recently released an acoustic version of Casanova as they were pleased with the response to the original single.

The song comes at a time when Tiger is going through a busy phase on the work front. He was last seen in the actioner Baaghi 3, which opened to a thunderous response at the box office. The movie, however, failed to reach its potential as its run was cut short by the Covid-19 pandemic. The film, a remake of the Tamil flick Vettai, had an impressive cast that included Shraddha Kapoor and Riteish Deshmukh.

He will soon be turning his attention to Heropanti 2, a sequel to his debut film Heropanti. The film was supposed to go on the floors last year but that did not happen due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Tiger also has the action-packed movie Ganpat in his kitty. There have been talks of him essaying a key role in the Prabhas-starrer Adipurush, an adaptation of the Ramayana.
This, however, is yet to be confirmed. The Hindi-Telugu bilingual will be directed by Om Raut, who had wielded the microphone for Tanhaji. It stars Saif Ali Khan as the antagonist and will mark his Tollywood debut.

Raveena, on the other hand, is in the process of finalising her next project. She says that an announcement will be made about the same pretty soon.
