Bollywood is gearing up for yet another mass entertainer featuring Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR as they prepare to clash in the high-octane action-thriller War 2. With the movie deep into production, Hrithik has opened up about his experience working alongside the superstar.

Bollywood's greek-god Hrithik Roshan couldn’t stop praising his co-star Jr NTR, calling him "incredible" and "a true champ." This comes after Hrithik working with Jr NTR for the very first time in the Bollywood movie War 2. NTR plays the antagonist as he takes on Kabir, played by Hrithik, reprising his iconic character from the 2019 blockbuster War.

“Jr NTR is incredible, and a true champ,” Hrithik said. “He’s the first co-star I’ve worked with who doesn’t need rehearsals. He has every step inside him already. That amazed me completely. Working on the dance-off with Jr NTR was an extraordinary experience, and I learned a lot from him, which I’ll now incorporate,” said during an event in Sri Lanka.

Helmed by Ayan Mukerji and produced under the YRF Spy Universe banner, War 2 is being touted as 2025’s biggest film. As Jr NTR makes his explosive Bollywood debut, reprising a never-before-seen avatar. Reports suggest his character brings an unpredictable, powerful energy to the role, adding an entirely new dynamic to the franchise.

After War 2, Jr NTR is expected to be seen in one of 2026’s most-awaited films, Dragon, helmed by Prashanth Neel. The movie is an action epic set in the 1960s and is expected to be released on June 25, 2026.
