<p>A heartwarming Linkedin post by CEO of a start-up firm is likely to reopen debates about humanity, forgiveness and mankind. </p><p>Kiran Verma, the founder of Simply Blood, a virtual blood donation platform Verma shared a post on Linkedin about a hard working intern who worked under him years back. </p><p>In the <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/posts/kiranverma_i-cheated-a-guy-9-years-ago-and-the-young-activity-7342533931839205376-AeNb?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop&rcm=ACoAAD-SFwYBd9rU17CUinijoq5xVC1KjgMGNoU">post</a>, Verma describes the young intern as “sincere, hardworking, honest, dedicated and extremely talented in his work.”</p><p>"I cheated a guy 9 years ago, and the young guy gave me a great lesson for life!," says Verma in his post. </p><p>Verma was candid while admitting that after he got the job done with his intern, he let him go with paying his due.</p><p>In full honesty, he disclosed that the intern reminded him of his payment on a daily basis, but that he never bothered to reply. </p><p>Verma was forced to reply when he got a message from the intern himself after several years.</p><p>"Today that young boy is a working professional and and I'm sure the amount would have meant not more than a dinner party for him today."</p><p>Verma apologised for his arrogance and admitted that it was a mistake from his part to ignore the intern's messages.</p><p>"I could have kept this as a secret but I think the world should know that I am also a human and I do make mistakes (sometimes blunders).</p><p>Verma also thanked the intern for not humiliating him in public</p><p>"I could only seek his apologies but this young man gave me more than his forgiveness. It was his greatness that he never humiliated me in public or was disrespectful."</p><p>Further, Verma says it is important to close every chapter on a good note without any room for animosity. </p><p>"He taught me a great lesson in life, that we all should be kind and honest with the people we work."</p>
