<p>New Delhi: On the eve of International Yoga Day, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Friday launched a song on yoga sung by music composer Amit Trivedi.</p>.<p>Addressing a press conference, Gupta said her ministerial colleagues and BJP MLAs will participate in yoga activities on Saturday.</p>.<p>"Official programmes will be held at 11 places. I will participate in the yoga programme at Sonia Vihar on Yamuna bank. Programmes will be held at Thyagaraj Stadium, Chhatrasal Stadium, Rajiv Gandhi Stadium in Bawana, and the cricket ground in Dwarka Sector 6, among other places," she said.</p>.ASI to host yoga sessions at 81 sites, Amit Shah to attend celebrations at Adalaj Vav near Ahmedabad.<p>The other venues where yoga events will be held include the sports complexes at East Vinod Nagar, Jhilmil, Prahladpur, Bharat Nagar, Najafgarh Stadium, and the hockey stadium in Ashok Nagar.</p>.<p>Praising the song, Gupta said its lyrics convey the feeling of a "Yogmay Dilli" and its video showcases the tourist places in the national capital.</p>.<p>"There are some symbolic places associated with Delhi. Also, new tourist places have come up in the capital -- the Bharat Mandapam, Yashobhoomi, Kartavya Path, PM Sanghrahalaya, Baansera, Asita, Vasudev Ghat. The song depicts the iconic tourist places along with the new ones," she said.</p>.<p>The BJP leader said yoga is a "way of life" and urged everyone to follow it.</p>.<p>Stating that she is often asked whether she wants to make Delhi like London or Paris, Gupta said, I say I want to make Delhi like Delhi." Gupta also criticised the previous Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) dispensation, saying it never organised any Yoga Day events.</p>.<p>"They used to see Prime Minister (Narendra) Modi's association with it and had a problem with Yoga Day. They never organised any event," she said.</p>
