Clinton, who were here for the second Indo-US Strategic Dialogue, met Singh for over 30 minutes, PMO sources said.
The two leaders are understood to have discussed the growth of the relationship which has been propelled by the visit of President Barack Obama last November.
The relationship has witnessed a significant growth in the recent years, covering a broad spectrum of subjects.
