3 killed in separate mishaps

Three persons were killed in separate mishaps in Udupi district on Sunday.
In the first incident, a person died after he slipped into a well at Senapura in Gangolli on Sunday.

According to police, the deceased has been identified as Nagesh Naik, aged 32. He fell into the well, while he was dropping the pump-set deep inside the well. A case has been registered in Gangolli police station.

In the second incident, a person died after he fell from the coconut tree at Henguvalli village in Shankaranarayana on Sunday.

According to police, the deceased has been identified as Pandu Naika, aged 47.
He  slipped and fell from the tree while plucking the coconuts. A case has been registered in Shankaranarayana police station.

In the third incident, a person died after he accidentally fell into the well at Handattu village in Kotathattu in Kota on Sunday.

According to police, the deceased has been identified as Shiva Poojary, aged 43. The incident occurred while he was sitting on the walls of the well and talking to his wife.
A case has been registered in Kota police station.
