Audio clip of BJP worker’s suicide threat goes viral

An audio clip of a BJP worker, ‘threatening’ to end his life if party ticket is once again given to sitting Dakshina Kannada MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, has gone viral on social media.

In the audio, a BJP worker is heard inviting another BJP worker to attend BJP Shakti Kendra workers convention and the conversation between the two BJP workers is widely discussed on social media.

The audio is in the Tulu language. In the audio, BJP worker questions the need for issuing ticket to Nalin Kumar Kateel and said, “This time, I will not come with anyone to seek votes in favour of Nalin Kumar Kateel. Why do we need Nalin Kumar Kateel, who does not enquire about us when something happens to party workers. If BJP high command announces the candidature of Nalin Kumar Kateel, then I will commit suicide by drinking poison either at BJP office or at Sanghanikethana.”
