Beary academy's new chief takes charge

Karambaru Mohammed took charge as the president of Karnataka Beary Sahitya Academy on Friday.

On the occasion, he thanked the government for giving an opportunity to serve the Beary language.

He said that he will work towards the upliftment of Beary language, literature, and culture during his tenure.

Former academy presidents M B Abdul Rehman, B A Mohammed Haneef and others were present.
