<p>Bengaluru: A court in Bengaluru has permitted Kannada actor Darshan Thoogudeepa, who has been released from jail on bail in connection with the murder case of Chitradurga native Renukaswamy, to travel abroad.</p>.<p>Darshan had recently submitted an application to the 57th CCH Court, seeking permission to travel to Dubai and Europe from June 1 to 25 for the shooting of his upcoming film Devil.</p>.<p>When the matter came up for hearing, the Special Public Prosecutor filed objections, stating that Darshan was listed as accused number 2 in the sensational murder case and raised concerns that if he is allowed to travel abroad, his return will not be guaranteed.</p>.<p>After hearing both sides, the court had reserved its judgment for May 30.</p>.<p>"While granting bail, certain conditions were imposed, including restrictions on leaving Bengaluru. Later, the conditions were relaxed to allow him to travel for film shooting to other districts and states. Now, the court has permitted him to travel abroad with specific conditions," Darshan’s legal counsel stated.</p>
