<p>Bengaluru: The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) on Tuesday sought custody of the four suspects arrested in connection with the recent stampede at the M Chinnaswamy stadium that killed 11 people in Bengaluru.</p><p>The CID sought the custody of Nikhil Sosale, the marketing manager of RCB; Sunil Mathew, Vice President, Business Affairs at DNA Entertainment Private Limited; Kiran Kumar, manager at DNA; and Sumanth, another staffer at DNA. DNA Entertainment Private Limited was the event management firm responsible for organising the celebratory events in Bengaluru for RCB winning the maiden IPL title.</p>.It's unfortunate and very sad: Rahul Dravid on Chinnaswamy stampede.<p>The CID investigators sought the suspects' custody for nine days, sources said. The agency's request was, however, objected to by the counsel for the respondents.</p><p>At the end, a CID official informed the magistrate court that they would wait for the Karnataka High Court’s decision before seeking custody. The four suspects were then taken back to the Parappana Agrahara Central Prison in Bengaluru. </p>
