<p>Bengaluru: The city police have arrested a delivery executive for allegedly murdering a 30-year-old security guard at a supermarket in Byatarayanapura, west Bengaluru, last week.</p>.<p>The Byatarayanapura police have arrested Karthik R, a resident of Malleswaram, for the murder of Ganesh Bahadur.</p>.<p>The incident occurred around 6.30 pm on February 28.</p>.<p>The suspect reportedly went to the supermarket warehouse where Bahadur worked to find him.</p>.Gang breaks into ATM, flees with Rs 30.2 lakh in Bengaluru.<p>“When he didn’t find Bahadur in the warehouse, he went to his residence, which was on the same market premises. Bahadur was asleep when the suspect attacked him and stabbed him with a knife,” an investigator said.</p>.<p>Bahadur was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.</p>.<p>The Byatarayanapura police registered a murder case and arrested Karthik on Sunday.</p>.<p>The police said Karthik had visited the supermarket to pick up an order, where he had an argument with Bahadur over opening the gate. This altercation reportedly enraged Karthik.</p>.<p>“The following day, February 28, Karthik returned to the supermarket to take revenge on Bahadur and killed him,” an investigator stated.</p>
