Include vegetables and proteins in your diet and drink plenty of water. <br /><br />It’s important to scrub your face at least twice a week. Avoid using oil based creams and try to not wear too much makeup. <br /><br />Use a cleanser so that your skin pores will open and breathe a little. Use a good skin toner — take it in a cotton ball and apply it all over your skin. <br /><br />If you have dry skin, drink lots of water and stay hydrated. A solution of jojoba oil, fresh curd and honey applied as a mask for 10 minutes will be effective. <br /><br />In case of oily skin type, use facial scrubs to unclog the pores and exfoliate the skin.
