<p>Bengaluru: A fresh police complaint has been filed in Bengaluru alleging a fraud of Rs 1.3 crore in minority scholarships. </p>.<p>The matter is already being probed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) countrywide. </p>.<p>The city's Central CEN police registered the new FIR on July 12 following a complaint from Pradeep Simha M, 39, a district officer in the Minority Welfare Department. </p>.These Bengaluru astronomers discover a new kind of stellar chemistry.<p>Simha alleged that 643 fake documents were uploaded to the scholarship portal between 2021 and 2023, impersonating students, and Rs 1.35 crore in scholarship was claimed. </p>.<p>He further alleged that this was done by some students and nodal officers of organisations that received the scholarship. </p>.<p>The CEN police registered the case under the Information Technology Act. </p>
