Madras soup, which tempts your taste buds, is easy to prepare
Ingredients
Tomato chopped 03
Onion chopped 01
Carrots grated 01
Coconut grated 1/2 cup
Water 02 cups
Corainder leaves
Salt
Powdered pepper
Oil
Butter 1 spoon
Maida 1 spoon
Milk 1 cup
Directions:
* Add tomato, onion, carrot, coconut and water and boil in cooker for three whistles
* Use a food processor or blender to create a puree
* Add tomato juice to the boiling oil and stir. Add salt and pepper.
* Finally, add coriander leaves. Your Madras soup is ready to sip.
* Heat butter in a pan.
* Add maida and milk and boil.
