<p class="bodytext">The residents of HSR Layout are planning to launch yet another campaign to stop the functioning of a waste processing plant at Somasundarapalya.</p>.<p class="bodytext">In order to urge the authorities to shut down the Karnataka Compost Development Corporation waste processing plant, members of the Residents' Welfare Association will undertake a rally on February 11.</p>.<p class="bodytext">The rally will start from KEB junction near Vemana Circle, 27th main road, HSR Layout Sector 2 at 9 am.</p>
