The campaign undertaken by the Muthoot Pappachan Foundation arrived at St Joseph's College from Hyderabad.

Police Commissioner Shankar Bidari asked the students not to ignore the issue and to report the incidents of ragging to the police. "Citizens should take an active part in curbing the menace. They ought to stop brushing off the matter," Bidari said.

Launched in New Delhi on August 11, the campaign has so far toured Jaipur, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, and Bangalore. Termed as India's longest running anti-ragging bus, it will visit 40 colleges across the country  and will garner students support through the signature campaign. Later the bus left for Kozhikode, where it will visit educational institute on August 31.
