<div>It is that time of the year when music enthusiasts desperately await the one-of-its-kind ‘NH7 Weekender’, an annual music festival which brings together a number of globally renowned artistes under one roof.<br /><br />The ‘Bacardi NH7 Weekender’ is back with its sixth edition for people to relish on unforgettable music experiences. Travelling to five cities, this year the festival will start from Shillong, on October 23 and October 24. From critically-acclaimed international headliners to home-grown musical heroes, the line-up of artistes has something for all sorts of discerning music lovers. <div><br />From the Bangalore based The Raghu Dixit Project to Delhi-based bands Parikrama, The Dualist Inquiry and The Ska Vengers, the first ever Weekender in Shillong will experience the best of music from all parts of the country. <br /><br />The festival will thereafter travel to its remaining four destinations, namely Kolkata, New Delhi, Pune and Bangalore.<br /><br />Over 100 artistes across diverse genres will play on five different stages with global names like A R Rahman, Mark Ronson, Megadeth and Rodrigo y Gabriella on the bill. The line-up was announced on social media on Tuesday, August 5.<br /><br />Speaking about Delhi’s line-up of artistes, the capital will see the legendary A R Rahman performing on stage. Besides, Vir Das’ Alien Chutney, The Raghu Dixit Project, Mark Ronson, Noori and Spud In The Box are among the other bands, which will be enthralling Delhizens with a never felt before musical high.<br /><br />About the collaborations and artistes, Manish Seth, Director of marketing and sales, Bacardi India said, “We have been consistent with our strategy since our inception in India, and ‘NH7 Weekender’ is one of our longest tie ups in this effort. We have ambitioned to raise the bar higher every year with many untameable experiences like the Giant Ferrous Wheel, hot air balloon rides and others in the past five years. This year we launch with Only Much Louder, one of the biggest line up ever in our endeavour to take the festival experience another notch higher.”<br /><br />The NH7 Weekender will be held on October 23 and 24 in Shillong, October 31 and November 1 in Kolkata, November 28 and 29 in New Delhi, from December 4 to December 6 in Pune and on December 5 and 6 in Bangalore.<br /><br /></div></div>
