They later quarrelled with her, snatched her mobile phone, and stole Rs 650 in cash before fleeing the scene.</p><p>Both suspects, who were homeless and worked odd jobs, were arrested, and produced before a magistrate, who remanded them to judicial custody. Investigations into the case are ongoing.</p><p>The police revealed that the woman, originally from Tamil Nadu, had come to Bengaluru about a week ago following a family dispute. She had been staying at mutts and rehabilitation centres in the city and was waiting for a bus to return to her brother's house on the night of the incident.</p>
