The incident occurred near a petrol bunk at Ummadahalli Gate on Mysore-Bangalore highway. It is also rumoured that gun shots were fired but the police have not confirmed it. Mahesh has lodged a complaint with police that a masked man threatened him when he went to fill petrol in to his vehicle at night. Mahesh’s brother Nagendra was brutally murdered.
