<p>Udupi: All seven fishermen on board of a fishing boat that capsized near Kaup Lighthouse were rescued by the locals.</p><p>Fishermen had left for fishing from a trawl boat from Malpe on Monday morning. </p><p>However, owing to the gusty wind, the boat capsized the LightHouse at Kaup Padu.</p>.Four missing after fishing boat capsizes off Karnataka's Bhatkal coast.<p>It is presumed that all the fishermen hail from Visakhapatnam and were engaged in fishing in Malpe. The rescued fishermen are Jagga (54), Nooka Raj (53), Konda Garikini (45), Doni Ram Babu (33), Ishwar Rao (38), Jaganadam (50), Gosala Satyanarayana (49). On noticing the capsize of the boat, locals who were on the shore with the help of a rope rescued them.</p><p>Life guard team’s Chandrashekar Mendon, and fishermen Sandeep, Shivaji, Balakrishna, Dayodhar, Chandrashekar helped in rescuing the fishermen.</p><p>Tahsildar Prathibha visited the spot and spoke to fishermen.</p>
