Covid-19: Strict surveillance at Kodagu-Kerala border

In the wake of Covid-19 cases in Kerala, the strict surveillance at the border of the Kodagu district has continued.

Only those with Covid-19 negative certificates are allowed to enter Karike and Makutta.

Those without negative certificates are sent back. Rapid Antigen tests are conducted at the check post in Kutta. If anyone tests positive, then they are directly taken to the hospital for treatment.
